BESCOM MESCOM Bill Generation & Payment
BESCOM Bills are usually generated as per meter readings, based on number of units of power consumed. But for month of April, complying to the central government's directives, bills are generated on the basis of average consumption.
Consumers can get a copy of their bill by calling the helpline number: 1912. They would need to share their account IDs and mobile number to get the bill details. Alternatively, they may also contact the subdivision offices.

How to pay BESCOM Bill Online?
Since the BESCOM Offices and Bangalore One Office are closed, the only way we can do this is online - through BESCOM / MESCOM Website or through Apps. Payment modes acceptable include debit and credit cards issued by all banks, internet banking, UPI payments, digital wallets and the Pay U App.
